The hotel is conveniently located near many shopping centers and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city center and visit tourist destinations such as Nanping Road and Gingko shopping mall, an upmarket department store. The room and bathroom are decently sized and clean, although the air conditioning and lighting could be improved. The staff are polite and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of dishes.

The lack of privacy in the bathroom due to a clear glass partition and curtain may be uncomfortable for some guests.

It's very difficult to reach the hotel by taxi. Everytime we had to call to reception and ask them to explain the road.

The beds are typical of Chinese hotels, hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast is more suited to Chinese tastes than Western ones, and the noise from the surrounding area can be a disturbance.

The hotel is ok,the staff friendly and helpful. But they ask for 1000 yuan deposit (123€!) and 2000 if you stay for more than 3 nights. A bit excessive and not mentioned anywhere in booking .com

I had a luxurious experience at this hotel. The room came equipped with exclusive amenities and the staff provided exceptional service. The spa center and sauna were a highlight, offering a chance for complete relaxation. The private facilities were a treat and truly made me feel like royalty. In addition, the restaurant and bar/lounge area were superb with delicious cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere.

The only minor issue was the location, which was a bit farther from the main shopping district. However, this was quickly remedied by the helpful staff offering taxi services.

Highly over-rated at 5 stars. Should at max be around 3-3.5. The rooms are under maintained, under lit, and quite a few items at the verge of breaking apart. Do beware of the concierge service at the front door. Not very honest and certainly have a way to make you feel bad if you did not do bookings to places of interest through them. They are also not helpful with zero interest in offering their services with your luggages. You really can't expect much help at the front desk as they are usually under-manned as well.
